1 inch piece ginger
1+ 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp haldi/ turmeric
salt to taste- 1/2 tsp
1 tsp laung/ cloves
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp methi seeds/ fenugreek
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
